Entertainment The Labour party has threatens that they will call on their members and supporters to ocupy INEC offices Nationwide , for fustratating its petition against the outcome of the Presidential election which was held on 25th March, 2023 . The Party's Presidential Campaign Council Spokesman , Tanko Yunusa , made this known during a press briefing , according to Yunusa , INEC refused to allow its Lawyers and Party agents access to the Bimodel Voter Authentication System ( BVAS ) machines alonside other electiral materials . Yunusa stated that the electoral body has refused to obey the order from the electoral Perition tribunal directing the INEC to grant the Labour Party access to the certified and the true copies of the material used during the 25th March General election . Let it be on record that the electoral umpire INEC disobeyed the order of the Court by granting Labour party access to the 25th March Presidential election materials incuding BVAS used during the presidential election . The Labour Party Presidential spokesman added that Labour party will not hesitate to all its members and supportters to gather in a peaceful pretest at all the INEC offices across the nation , untill the electoral do the needfull .
