I.N.E.C. DECLARES UMO ENO OF PDP WINNER OF AKWA IBOM STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION

Entertainment THE Independent Electoral Commission ( INEC ) has announced the governorship election results of Akwa Ibom state on sunday evening , Umo Eno of People Democratic Party ( PDP ) polled the highest number of votes cast in Akwa Ibom State followed by the candidate of the Young Progressive Party ( YPP ) Bassey Albert who came second , Akan Udofia of All Progressive Congress ( APC )

came third . Total number of votes cast was 656,422 , Eno polled 356,348 votes cast , and he was later declared as the winner of election of Akwa Ibom state .
