The Igbo social -cultural organization , Ohanaeze Indi igbo reacted to emergiance of Bola Ahmed Tinibu as the All progressive Congress presidential candidate ( APC ) , in a statement , the secretary of the Ohanaeze Indi Igbo , Okechukwu Isiguzom , denying Indi Igbo the oppotunity to produce the next Nigeria president will bring more aggitations from the south east region , Igbos should have been given the chance produce the next president of the nation in order to bring down the tentions that has been rising from the groups that have been fighting for the break away of the south east region from Nigeria due to injustice meted on them , he added that since 1967 there has never been a opportunity given to indigbo to mount the sit of presidency in Nigeria , which is a great injustice to the south east region and indi igbo as a whole , not given any south east candidate opportuty this time will be a national calamity " he said "
