The leader of the Indigenouse people of Biafra ( IPOB ) , Nnamdi Kanu takes the Chief judge of federal high court , Justice John Terhamba Tsoho to court over their plans to try the IPOB leader in court secretly . The chief judge was sued alongside the chief Registra of the court at the federal high court Abuja , Kanu seeks an order for the Court to avoid the secret trial policy on the ground that it is unlawful and unconstitutional
