Guinea Bissau president has dissolved the country's paliarment in a new political differences , President, Umaro Sissoko Embalo said early parliarmentary election will be held this year to resove a long runing political crisi , disaggrement between the parliarment have held the west Afrian country for months , Embalo said persistent and unresolving differences with parliarment which he described as a space for guerrilla system of gorvenment , he said the political crisis has given the state a big worry "
