Former Aviation Minister , Fani Kayode , has warned that igbos should be given a chance to produce the next president come 2023 , he however said that if igbos reject the chance of producing the next Nigeria president , the power has to be given back to the Northern part of Nigeria , he added that any discussion of southern president that does not give the Southeast the first right or refusal, it is deceitful "
