Nigeria court has cleard the former Nigeria president , Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to contest for the sit of the president come 2023 , the court on friday passed the judgement , Justice Hamma Adama said Jonathan is not affected by fourth alteration to the constitution , President Muhammadu Buhari signed the fourth alteration of the 1999 constitution
