The country's former vice president , Atiku Abubakar pledges to unite the country Nigeria if elected as president in 2023 , he made this known on his visit to Abia state capital Umuahia , during PDP deleget on Sunday he added that his manifesto includes , natonal unity , economic development , national securty , and restructuring , he stated that together they can make it as a party " come 2023 "
